Alex coaches leaders, visionaries, entrepreneurs, and creatives who have dedicated their lives to service and impact. His expertise comes from serving as a leader, whether it was when he was building and leading impactful organizations or creating his own businesses.
Alex has over 30 years of management and leadership development experience. He has founded and co-founded multiple successful and award-winning organizations serving tens of thousands of individuals and families, built numerous financially sustainable projects, and helped hundreds of adults and students realize their leadership potential.
He won the “Do Something Brick Award” as one of nine from over 400 applicants nationwide, which is a national award sponsored by Rolling Stone Magazine and MTV recognizing young leaders under the age of 30. Two of the organizations he founded and led as Executive Director won the award for best organization in Chicago, sponsored by five of Chicago’s main philanthropic Foundations.
When he's not coaching, Alex enjoys spending time with his partner and soulmate Melissa who he's been married to for over 30 years, and their dog Sunny.
